@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken with customer service who stated I have been billed for 11 months after cancelling because I didn’t use a pad code I didn’t ask for. This is a scam and I want a refund. Moving forward I will be taking legal action. Your company is fraudulent.

Trying to get to speak to someone at @VodafoneUK impossible. Can't find a contact number. Online chat is painful. Left chat after over an hour. Nothing resolved. Lost the will. Tempted to move to @ThreeUK after 15 or so years as a vodafone customer
