Dr. Hansen earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Ohio State University in 2001. Following graduation, Dr. Hansen completed a general practice residency in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2002. Dr. Hansen obtained distinction by being awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2003. He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the South Carolina Dental Association. Dr. Hansen currently serves as a dentist in the U.S. Army Reserve and has served combat tours in Iraq in 2009 and Afghanistan in 2013. Dr. Hansen enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and is an avid sports fan.

Chetan Arora
Dr. Chetan Arora has been practicing dentistry for almost 13 years and received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from New Jersey Dental School. His academic excellence was recognized with numerous awards and by being on the Dean’s honor list throughout his pursuit of his undergraduate, master’s and dentistry degrees.
Upon graduation, Dr. Arora gained a wealth of experience, wisdom and culture by working in various dental settings. He is known for his great attention to detail and for making his patients feel like family. He is a loving husband and father who enjoys studying, travelling, and spending quality time with his family by playing games and watching movies.
About Our Office
The DentalWorks Fort Mill facility is conveniently located in Tega Cay, SC. Warm and inviting, we invite all patients to our facility. Updated with the most advanced dental equipment, each room was configured with the patient at the forefront. Our patients’ first experience starts with a warm smile from our receptionist, where patients are greeted and made to feel comfortable. Our facility has several examination rooms, as well as a private meeting area to discuss treatment. Our procedure space is prepared with the latest dental equipment to guarantee that every individual has a pain-free and seamless appointment. Our team invites you to visit our spacious dental practice, DentalWorks Fort Mill in Tega Cay, so that we can offer you the treatment you need.
Safety Measures
In light of the COVID pandemic, we are taking extra vigilance to ensure the health of you and our team. Please see the additional steps we are taking in our practices to ensure your safety.
We have reinforced our already comprehensive Infection Control procedures with our team members, which include:
- Frequent handwashing
- Use of clean masks and gloves with each patient
- Increasing the frequency of thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all areas of the office
In addition we are also taking the following additional steps:
- Instructing team members to stay home if they’ve traveled to high risk areas or if they have any COVID-19 related symptoms
- Taking the temperature of all team members before each shift
- Removing communal items that may carry the virus—magazines, toys, and beverage stations
- Our team members will greet you at the door to check you in & take your temperature using a forehead thermometer
- A team member will ask a series of questions to assess your risk level of exposure to COVID-19. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are determined to be high risk
- Guests accompanying patients to their appointments will be asked to stay outside of the practice. Exceptions will be made for children and patients needing assistance. In these cases, each patient will be limited to one guest.
- We ask all our valued patients to arrive on time, not early.

We understand the longer dental practices remain closed to preventive care and treatment for early forms of dental disease, the more likely that patients’ untreated disease will progress, increasing the complexity and cost of treatment. It is recommended by the CDC that you minimize the number of visits by completing as much of your recommended treatment during your appointment.
