@SkyHelpTeam Feeling rather frustrated this morning. The Discovery+ app on my SkyQ box is no longer working - just the sign in screen and despite several tries I cannot sign in (cannot find Activate my device within app). Any suggestions?

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I have been checking there - it says it usually takes a couple of hours to fix but when people have been phoning they are getting told 48 hours but that time is almost up now - I am lucky I have been able to work from the office

@GreenMellie67 @SkyUK Exactly what I told @SkyHelpTeam today I was paying 95 quid a month been with sky 6 years called up and offered me it for 86 but as a new customer can get it for around 70 quid a month they don’t reward loyalty so cancelled it poor customer service
